Sa-bo? Di-vas and Ti-gers

It's really how one frame his/her words that will hurt/unhurt one's pride.

If one thinks that a piece of writing sucks, probably one can suggest ways to improve it instead of putting one down.

If one thinks that the production sucks, probably one can ask and understand what exactly happened at the back of scenes.

If one thinks that the acting sucks, probably one can tell the actor that he/she is not emotional enough and work on it.

When one has put in his/her best to get something done, don't they deserve a pat on the back/a thank you although it might suck?

I am learning it too, are u?

Doesn't make sense to me if HARDWORKING artists/creative people put each other down in their field of work.

September already!

Alrighty...shall start with these 2 shows that has recently been concretized...

The first one...

Had quite a lot of freedom in molding the bump in schedule to fit everyone's requests. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. Maybe this time the items were so much more prepared than last year and thus not many emergency slots were at use.

The thing about working with people that you already known for some time, they have MORE requests to u. Whether lame or nt, i shall not judge, but if they know u are the kind that will get things done for them....they will come to u regardless whether you are able to do it or nt. Seriously, sometimes the problems can be solved by themselves, its only whether they want to take the trouble to do it. Dancers should learn how to be self-sufficient at times; and maybe not too self indulgent. Learn to take responsibility of ur own things and not when u lose it, u come searching, asking, sometimes even scolding to find something that you didn't give a shit in the first place to own it. make sense?

I feel the items this year were more well-conceived and practiced, though nt everyone holds the same view as me. They were more exciting and has more meaning in the items. I love all the drama drama items :D....

Be nice to all production people and techies. Everyone learns from each other, no one is exceptionally special in that space of tensions.

The second one..

For this, I was working with so many more diverse people. So many things i learnt from this concert. Being the middle mediator of all events happening at the same. Not easy man. Frequency has to be tuned every now and then to fit into frequencies of different individuals.

At the end of the day, always ask, is everything settled?

Thanks to everyone who has made these 2 weeks exceptionally challenging and rewarding for me. I learnt alot :)

1st Entry! (cliche title...)

Well, this is to keep track for myself the things I have been doing this semester for the stage. It is cool that I can have the chance to do such stuffs when I still can do it.

Just that sometimes,it can be a bitch seriously. All u need is a lil commitment and discipline, basically a production will run auto-pilot mode.
